When are our store hours?
A: You can order online 24 hours 7 days a week. Our online customer service hours are MON through SAT 10AM ~ 6:00PM (Eastern Time).

When will my order arrive?
A: We ship all our items within 48 hours from the time of order. Depending on the shipping method you choose, allow additional 3-7 business days for delivery.

How can I track my package?
A: To track your order package, go to our web site, and click ORDER STATUS on the top menu. After logging in, you can find your order number there. Enter the tracking number on the carrier's web site to track your package.

If an item is sold out, when will it be restocked?
A: Normally, we stock all our items including MLB Basic and Authentic On Field Cap every 2 to 3 weeks. Only exception is that Custom and Urban 5950style are rarely restocked so when you see "out of stock", they are usually gone for good.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
A: Exchange only. If you are not happy with the products you ordered from MyBestCap.com, you may simply return them for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept any products after 14 days. We do not offer refund but store credit and exchange only. Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for store credit. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. * We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items.

How can I return my package back to exchange or to get store credit?
A: You must get Return Authorization Number first by emailing us. Please go to return policy page for detail instructions.

What payment types do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
A: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes; if you would like to ship your order to a P.O. box, please call us to make an arrangement.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?
A: Please email info@MyBestCap.com with any questions regarding your order.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
A: We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

How can I know my size?
A:Using a measuring tape, roll it around your head just above your ears all the way around. Then check the SIZE CHART for the right size cap.

What is the difference between Authentic On Field and Custom, Urban style?
A: "Authentic On Field" cap is the actual cap worn by the professional players in the real games. "Custom and Urban Style" caps are caps that New Era Cap Company designed directly using most recent and fashionable colors and design code.
