ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This acknowledges the order, but does not assign an actual order number, which is created when your order is actually downloaded into our system. But you can always inquire about your order by just giving us your name, address and zip code. You will get billed almost immediately after you place your orders. When it is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice that shows what you ordered, what, if anything is on backorder and what you have been billed. The invoice is your notification that your order is shipping. You may receive the invoice in the mail before the package is actually delivered. Your order number will be on the invoice in the top right-hand box marked "invoice number". Once you receive the invoice, you can refer to this number if you have any questions.

All orders in the continental United States are shipped using various carriers to ensure we offer the best services and rates to our customers. The rates for international destinations will vary. Special shipping requests (next day, second day and 3 day select) must be made over the phone to ensure delivery. Shipping rates shown below are for the United States and its protectorates, APOs.

Canadian shipments are by US Postal Service only. Shipping rates will vary according to destination and weight. Overseas orders are shipped Air Parcel Post, and are charged actual postage (credit card and international money orders in US funds). We do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.


CUSTOMS CHARGES

You may be required to pay a customs tax or duty on your order when it arrives. Since the amount you may have to pay varies according to specific custom regulations of each country, we have no way of determining this charge. If you have any questions regarding duty or custom charges, please contact your local customs official or post office.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

Since we carry a wide selection of products, items sometimes are temporarily unavailable. We make every effort to get back ordered products back into inventory as soon as possible. However, due to the great attention to detail we take in manufacturing our products it sometimes take several weeks for delivery. Custom items normally take 6 to 12 weeks for delivery.

To determine your cap size, measure around your head with either a tape measure or piece of string. (If you use a string, simply measure the length of the string when you're done). Once you've determined how many inches are needed to wrap around your head, use the chart above to figure our your hat size. For example: If the measurement is 22 inches around your head, you would wear a size 7 cap. If you are between two sizes, it is always better to go up a size rather than down.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days with your receipt and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: info@MyBestCap.com. Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. No refunds are offered for custom items, unless there is a manufacturing error. * We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us. Caps sent back to us in an envelope will not be accepted. Please use the original box whenever possible.
